The Emsworth Horticultural Society (EHS) is a volunteer-run organisation which seeks to promote and encourage the knowledge and enjoyment of gardening in the Emsworth area.

Where is your data stored?
Data is stored securely by officers and nominated committee members of the EHS.

In addition, names and email addresses are held remotely by our password-protected bulk emailing service, Mailchimp, whose privacy policy can be found at mailchimp.com/about/security
Who else has access to your data?
The EHS promise never to sell or share your data with any third party.
How to view your data or ask for it to be removed
Contact us and we will provide you with a copy of all the data we hold that is connected with your name and/or your email address. If you wish to be removed from our email news list simply click the Unsubscribe button included in every newsletter we send. Alternatively contact us to ask for your data to be altered or removed entirely from our systems. We guarantee to respond within two working days.
