• Drinks: Available to purchase from the bar (One complimentary drink on arrival)
• Parking: Club car park at the end of Bath Road and a two minute walk to the Sailing Club.

N.B The price does not include any tips for the staff, which we will collect on the night.

Raffle

We will be holding a raffle with total prizes worth over £500.
Each of the nine prize draws will contain gifts and vouchers totalling not less than £40 with the top prize being worth over £100.

If you are no longer able to attend please let us know ASAP by emailing events@emshs.org.uk, so we can offer your place to someone on the waiting list

• Cancellation up to noon on the 3rd December full refund, excluding the non refundable booking fee of £3.
• If we are able to fill your cancellation from the waiting list we will also refund the booking fee.
• Cancellation after noon on the 3rd December NO REFUND available
