Chantry Hall is a gated, private development for people over the age of 55 years. There are 28 houses (2 and 3 bedroomed) each with their own patio garden and car-port parking space.

The grounds and shared outside space consist of large lawns with mature trees, and planted areas of roses, shrubs and flowers. There is also a vegetable area with 18 raised beds, a greenhouse and compost bins for community use.

There is also a Summer House for residents social use with catering facilities, tables, chairs etc.

Restricted visitor parking is also available, but it is recommended that groups park outside the estate itself.
