Cancellation Policy

If you have booked and need to cancel your booking please notify us as soon as possible and we will offer your tickets to people on the waiting list.

• In the event that we can sell your tickets to another member we will arrange a refund.
• In the event that we are unable to resell your tickets, unfortunately we will not be able to provide a refund as the society has to pay for the entry tickets and coach in full in advance.

Further Information
It is anticipated that the coach will leave Emsworth around 8.45 am and leave the Hampton Court around 4.00pm with the expectation of arriving back in Emsworth around 5.30 to 6 pm depending on traffic.

Please note our policy is to now collect an ‘In Case of Emergency’ contact number from each person on a trip in case of illness or any issues on the day.
