Show Marquee Volunteer Briefing

Wednesday 13th August at 7pm

If you have volunteered in the EHS marquee, in any capacity (e.g.: setting up; dressing tables; stewarding for Judges, on the door or in the marquee during the day; clerical duties; plant stall; auction or clearing up) you will be on Lyn Davies list. Lyn will have contacted you with further information.

We look forward to seeing our Marquee Volunteers for the briefing session on Wednesday 13th August 2025 at 7pm in the Emsworth Community Centre.

N.B If you wish to volunteer for the rest of the Show (e.g. car park, on the gate, arena etc.) you will need to fill in the separate form which you can download from on the show website by clicking this link. For the Show to be successful it requires as many volunteers as possible.
