Wisley Glow - Coach Trip

Come and join us and start your Christmas by experiencing the Wisley Glow trail.

The Wisley Glow opens at 4.30pm and the trail takes between 1 to 2 hours to complete. To enable a longer experience, we will arrive at 2pm to browse the Wisley Christmas Shop and visit the gardens, then at 3.30pm have a cream tea in the Tulip Room. As we will already be in the gardens after tea you will be able to just start the Wisley Glow Illumination at 4.30pm. (No Queuing at Entrance!!)

Visit the gift stalls, enjoy a glass of mulled wine while experiencing the Garden and the Glasshouse where everything will be lit up in colour.

The cost of this coach trip is £38.00 (Incl all entrance fees, tea, coach and drivers tip) We also negotiated that all our members pay the RHS Members rate for the glow experience, even if they are not an RHS member.

Lots of members made an ‘Expression of Interest’ but that is NOT a booking. If you would like join us you still need to follow the booking process below:

How to Book

1. Email Brenda Abbott brendaabbott05@gmail.com stating the names and membership numbers of those you wish to book for.

2. You will receive an email to confirm whether spaces are still available and if your place has been reserved. If you have not received confirmation
within 48 hrs please call 01243 373868

3. Once you receive this confirmation, please send a follow-up email including:

• Your method of payment, either BACS or Cheque and when payment was made. See below for payment details.
• A mobile number for each person
• An emergency contact number (ICE) for each person, for use on the day of the trip.
• Any dietary requirements for the cream tea

4. You should then make payment asap. Your reservation will be held for 48 hours if paying by BACS and until next post if cheque.

5. You will then receive a ‘receipt of payment’ confirmation email.
