*The minutes, reports and an updated agenda will be sent to members via an email link to the website a few days prior to the meeting.

**We welcome new committee members, and anyone who would like to help by joining the groups who run: the Distribution Hut, the Horticultural Marquee at the Show, trips and events or simply help generally at meetings and social events.
