2023 Summer Party on 2nd July

It was great to see so many members at the Summer Garden Party on Sunday 2nd July which was held in Angela Baldry’s lovely garden.

The weather was kind to us and thanks to all the members who offered to make food we were able to lay on a delicious spread of savoury sandwiches and quiche, followed by lots of homemade cakes, biscuits and sweet pastries.

The quiz set by Lyn Davies was a great success and led us all round Angela’s extensive garden including into the fairy garden behind the pavilion.

A BIG THANK YOU to all the volunteers who helped us set up before the event, wash up during and after the tea and helped pack away and of course to Angela for letting us use her garden.
